Website Hand Over

A few notes:

  1. At handover you will have access to your website from the back end as an administrator. If you move things around and edit the overall site that is now your issue! Please be careful if you edit the design of the site. I would recommend only updating products and content that is manageable by you.

  2. At startup we manage the domain name and hosting for a couple of months and move the accounts at handover so the billing will be connected directly to you and your business. Please let us know the chosen email to connect your domain name to? 😜 Let us know and we will move it over. Just like that. Easy ! (That way you have full control over the domain in future not us.)

  3. Any domain name issues please contact your domain provider

  4. Any tech domain issues please contact your website provider

  5. Contact Us Contact Page - Form Submissions - are sent to your email address. *Cloud Storage can be set up on request. Please test the contact form at hand over and ensure all forms direct to the correct email location.

  6. Mobile Optimisation All websites designed by Ville Creative are mobile-friendly. Please review your website's appearance on different devices and list any necessary adjustments before handover is complete.

At Ville Creative we connect you up with an email account to get things started.

Once you are up and running we hand over the account.

Keep an eye out for a ‘move service email’. You will be prompted to set up your own account and be in control of billing etc.
